What time does online reservations start?

I know that x # of days before your cruise (We are 90 days - June 1st) you can start reserving your dinner and excursions. What I want to know is it 12:01 AM EST on June 1st, or is it something like 8:30 AM EST, or even 12:01 GMT?

00:00 INTENET TIME East Coast USA

 

You can log in on the DCL website just before that but do not log into your reservation until 00.00

 

UK its normally 5am with the odd exception near where we change our clocks and USA may change at a different time.

I could check in at 12 midnight Central time, but had to wait till 4 am to book excursions.....
