Another report of Platinum embarkation problems at Tampa

On 5/22 when we sailed on the Legend, there was only one person checking in the VIP people. Luckily we made it to the terminal right before a bunch of other VIP cruisers, so we didn't have to wait. The lady was very nice and escorted us to the sitting area.

Oh and the free water was a nice touch. You would think they might've put out some lemonade and cookies for their VIP guests. :p

We have cruised out of Tampa often and have ALWAYS had GREAT embarkation service!! Quick and super nice!! When we checked in on 6/5/11 they were in a "new" area but everything was still GREAT!!:):):)...on the other hand the Guest Services desk on the Legend has me thinking the Legend doesn't like Platinum guests. I'm sure others have had good experiences but, unfortunately not us:(
