Skagway excursion questions

I'm thinking about booking an excursion in Skagway from Klondike Tours.

 

Has anyone had any experience with them and are willing to share with me your experience of the tour?

I'm not sure if you saw this in Tripadvisor (TA) but they have Klondike Tours on #16 and there'a a reviewer on it.

My friends and I went with Chilkhoot and we were all pleased! We felt that our driver was really safe on our bus back to Skagway (Train up to Fraser).
