Taxi Cost VCE to Port

I have done Mestre to VCE many times at about 30 euros. But from the airport to the port is an unknown Help, please

People have been reporting 35-40E for 2 people. The port is only 2-3 miles further than Mestre.

Thanks. I assumed it wouldn't be much more. Dragging luggage on the bus to the Mestre train station really doesn't appeal to me. Nor does the $49 pp the cruise line wants

The best and cheapest way is the bus VCE to Piazzale Rome bus station. (3 euro per pax) Then either the free shuttle bus P.Roma to the cruise terminal only friday sat sunday or the "People mover train" from there to the terminal at 1€.
