Freeport - Nice Clean Beach with chairs to rent and shade

My sister, her 17 year old son and my mom are going to Freeport on a cruise stop. They want to go to a nice beach with shade and maybe some shopping/site seeing. Nice Clean Beach with chairs to rent and shade is most important. Suggestions??

Not much shade but I am pretty sure I know if you pay to use on of the hotels facilities and beach access in Our Lucaya they have chairs. But if you want to save $30pp you can access the beach free via the public access next to the police station. Cab/Van ride will run you $5pp each way to our Lucaya. there is a nice shopping area there a casino and on the beach there is a little shak that rents all sorts of beach and water activities.
