9078 on Radiance - a BAD choice?

This room used to be desirable because of it's large balcony. Having the Concierge Lounge over it was a plus because there would be no traffic overhead. Now that the CL will become a family suite, does anyone have any thoughts as to what it will be like to be in 9078 now? Do family suites usually end up with little kids running around in them?

 

I have the opportunity to book a B2B in that room which is why I ask. I'm VERY hesitant to say the least.
