Boot camp on Eclipse?

I thought I read somewhere that the Fitness Center offers a boot camp on Eclipse. If anyone has information about it, I would love to know more -- how many days (we will be on a 14 day cruise), what kind of workouts, is it early am to enable us to do tours or on sea days, and what is cost?
