waterport Posted June 8, 2011 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Hi will be going on the Epic in August for the med cruise and have a couple of questions, 1. At what time can you go onboard the ship at Barcelona 2. On the last day of the cruise at what time do you have to disenbark, ive heard on other cruise lines you pay a little extra and you can stay later on board instead of having to leave at 7am 3. Can you bring baby milk onboard and are there any charges for bringing it onboard 4. What type of food for kids are there onboard hoping to hear from you soon
Novastar Posted June 8, 2011 #2 Share Posted June 8, 2011 We were on the Epic in the med May 22 - 29. We were allowed on board at noon. Cabins were ready at that time but it took another couple of hours for bags to be delivered. Lunch was being served so that was nice. On the day of disembarkation, I believe that everyone needed to be off the ship by 8:30 or 9 am. There is no option to pay to stay longer since they are bringing on new passengers starting at noon. You should not have a problem bringing formula on board and there should not be a charge for that. You are not allowed to bring alcohol on board though. If you do they will store it for you and return it to you when you disembark. Kids should not have a problem finding something to eat. There is a wide variety of food available: cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, burgers, hot dogs, fries, mac n cheese, etc. etc. etc. Depends on what you will let your kids eat. Have a good cruise. We loved it and didn't want to get off.
