Thank You for filling us in. The think I have the whole Alaska iterary down pat. It reminds me of the story about the two Irishmen that went in to see a John Wayne movie. Fitzgerald says to O'Shea: " I bet you ten dollars that John Wayne will get knocked off his horse." O"Shea says: Your on! Well of course John Wayne got thrown from his horse and O'Shea lost the bet. Fitzgerald said: "I cheated! I saw the movie before." O'Shea said: "I did too but I didn't think it would happen a second time!"

The Volendam backed into the Railroad Dock in Skagway this morning. Two years ago I was on that cruise and itenery. I did back to back on it and flew into O'Hare afterward from Seattle--spent a night there-and a radio bulletin came across as I was entering Manhattan the Michael Jackson was in full cardiac arrest when the parametics arrived at his home.

 

Kazu: I am supposed to be on the Amsterdam in four weeks.

The Seattle web cam is still down, I went to take a look at the Westerdam and saw no ships at Smith Cove :eek: Then realized the date said Thursday June 2nd :o

Himself, supposed is not a very positive word, is there something that may be keeping you from going? I certainly hope you can make it, I know how much you love that ship and Alaska :)

I never count on anything until I am actually there. Part of my cautious nature.

So, unless I die or get stuck with a grave illness, I will be there. I have been looking forward to this one for months and months.
