Late night room service

I want everyone's opinion. Now that they charge a service fee after midnight, do most people give an additional tip to the server? We usually give a couple of bucks during the day. Thanks.

I give the server the same amount. Just like you - couple, two, tree bucks..

After paying $3000 to be on the ship, $2 or $3 for a nice meal or snacks delivered to my room late at night will not break my bank.

 

It is not the delivery persons fault that the line decides to charge a fee, they should not have to suffer.

 

As the nickle and dime add-on's get more and more though, it is aggravating. Overall, still a great deal.

We still tip the same amount even with the surcharge. Even though RCI states some of the surcharge goes for the gratuity, I want to make sure that they are taken care of.

That's what I wasn't sure of- if the server gets that $.
