Valor Seminars... are they free?

I saw someone posted the Capers for the Valor. I will be on the 9/18 sailing on my honeymoon. It is the first cruise for both of us. On the Capers I saw they have some seminars (couples massage, yoga, etc.). Are these free? I was wondering because I also saw further down about babysitting and saw that it said about a fee but the seminars didn't. Is there a charge for the yoga classes in the gym? This board has been so helpful with all its hints and tips! Keep them coming!!!
