Looking for a beach break

Would like a place with loungers, a bar and not a million people. Anyone have any thoughts? We'd also prefer to book through a private company, as opposed to the ship.

Thanks. They have one that includes a manatee tour and snorkelling. We did that tour and liked it but would rather just go to the beach this time.

Or go to Caye Caulker with CB, spend the day mooching around the caye & return with them to the Tourist Village.

There is a water taxi quite near the Tourist Village, or you could go with Coral Breeze from inside the TV & get off on Caye Caulker & the snorkelers would go back out for their two snorkel stops & return to Caye Caulker for lunch & when thru their lunch, you would ride back to the TV with Coral Breeze.

The regular water taxis do not go to Bannister. I thought that Coral Breeze did ?

Coral Breeze goes there but it seems to be just as part of an excursion that also includes snorkelling and a manatee watch. We've done that before and just want the beech.

If you don't need the beach loungers, tag along with the snorkelers to Goff's Caye. You don't need to snorkel and there is a bar there, no big crowd, but no loungers.

Check out the Coral Breeze Tours site as they also provide a nonsnorkeling trip only, to & from Caye Caulker for a bit more that the water taxi & you get their boat from inside the Tourist Village.
