Pinnacle credits and pre-booking

We would like to pre-book Pinnacle for the first night of our upcoming cruise. I know the credit card will be charged, but we also have two sets of comped PG dinners waiting for us. Is there any way to use those complimentary credits for dinners that we pre-book?

I had this happen once. You have to wait until you are onboard to use the complimentary credits. I booked my PG's online and then on day one, went to see about the complimentary credits. What they did was cancel one reservation (to credit me) and then rebook it. I'm not sure if this is the normal procedure or not as I have not had it happen before. But it worked for me:)
