where has spikie gone? anyone know?

Trying to find out if Spikie of high spirits bar on Spirit, you know the dancing waiter with the cheeky grin, has transferred to another thomson ship or gone home. Was surprised he had left spirit as he told us he has been on there for a few years so was hoping that thomson had transferred him to the dream. Anybody heard anything?

Sorry no info but I believe the staff on Celebration and Dream are recruited by a different agency than those on Spirit and Destiny - that's not to say they can't swap agencies (one of our waiters on the Dream had been on Spirit) but there is more likely to be movement between say, Celebration and Dream (and Spirit and Destiny) than cross-agency.

 

Hope you 'find' him though - I've not met him but clearly he has made a lot of friends and it's always good to see our favourite crew when we return to a ship. Good luck - hope someone can help!

We've just been on the Spirit and we were disappointed that Spikie wasn't on. We also got to know Frank who was behind the bar. Both times we were on the Spirit they were working in the same bars. We were told that Frank was on the Dream so hopefully Spikie is there as well.

That's great. Frank works behind the bar. If he is on the Dream I'm sure he will know where Spikie is as they were always together.

he is not on the dream either .have only just returned,lorenzo who was in raffles now goes by the name of ronaldo .maybe he has changed his name also.

Just looked on his facebook profile and as of 22nd May he was still looking for a job so I don't think he is on any of thomsons ship.

just been on the spirit. spikey failed a medical for thomson cruises, so is unable to work for them again. But he is working for a spanish cruise company, pullmantur. one of their ships berthed along side us in corfu, the athena. Some of the bar staff were excited as they thought he was on there.
