I have been on a RCCL cruise before but my GF has not.....(1st cruise for her)

Is she able to attend the Party with me ?

The Captain's welcome aboard party is for all guests. If you are talking about the repeater's party she can certainly go with you. The cabins with repeat guests get one invitation that are good for all occupants.
