Upgrade - Upsell?

For the people that have been offered either an upgrade or upsell did you book directly with NCL or a TA? Thanks so much!

I have been called on upsell only when I was in suite and when I have booked with TA and NCL.

We've been offered upsells that we both declined and took....we only book NCL on line or with PCC. With the advent of internet we dumped travel agents.

We have had upsells both with TA's and with NCL PCC. Mostly from a lower end suite to higher end. Most the time we book what we want and stay with it, unless we get an UPGRADE then we will switch--doesn't happen very often!!:rolleyes: This happened on our Alaska cruise---got upgraded to an Owners suite!!!
