Need help finding a waiter

In October 2008 my family and I were on the Enchantment and had "Gonzo" as our waiter. Unfortunately "Gonzo" was the name we gave him because we couldn't pronounce his full name and I can't remember his real name. Any chance anyone seen him around? Would LOVE to sail with him again. He mentioned he was in for a position on the Oasis, but wasn't positive it was going to happen. I'm attaching a picture below. HELP?!?!
