I'm sure there are plenty of people on this board who can help with your question. Perhaps you can write this question in complete sentences rather than "texting style" and not use all those commas. I think OP is asking about the type of referral vouchers that Seabourn seems to have mentioned in a 'sticky' at the top of their forum page. If you refer a 'newcomer' both the the guest and the newcomer gain an onboard credit. The newcomer when they have paid fully for their cruise and the original guest when they book a subsequent cruise.
