Adventure Aft Cabin 7694 ?

Robyn, here is a picture of our balcony 1694, 3 decks above your room. As you can see from the picture, we still have that large obstruction sticking out just below our balcony and honestly, its true, you really don't see it after awhile. I had to find the picture to see if it was there. I don't honestly remember it! When you look at an aft picture of the Adventure, everyone has the same obstruction no matter what deck they are on. Its true, deck 6 doesn't appear to have the best view, but to me, the rest look pretty much the same from the pictures!! I think all this talk has you worrying for nothing. Go, enjoy your JS and your big balcony. No matter what the size, I bet its at least twice as big as your last balcony. Save your GS money for the casino or better yet, for another cruise sooner than later!!

We were on Explorer 3 weeks ago, 7394. Love the balcony, 3 loungers, 2 uprights and 2 tables.Bigger than a side balcony. Did not notice any soot.

We are looking at getting the same cabin on the Mariner and we will be booking two rooms. Can you remember if the wall on the balconies were the frosted glass or a solid metal wall. Left side and right side. We would like to be able to open the balcony by taken down the glass wall. So would it be better to book the cabin to the right of yours or to the left. 7694 or 7392?

LOL! I cannot believe my thread started 2 years ago has been resurrected! :)

 

FYI - we did not keep this cabin as the obstructions were a real issue for us....
