Anyone gotten the post card from NCL's Casinos at Sea?

Got one today offering a comped 7 day cruise on one of 3 NCL ships in either Nov or Dec. I was too late today calling to find out about it....

Yes! My sister and I each received a card with complimentary stateroom and $50 Gambling credit. We shared a cabin on the Sun Easter break out of Port Canaveral and yes, did spend a little (!) time in the casino at the slots. Valid on select 7 day Epic, Pearl and Spirit Caribbean cruises in Nov and Dec 2011. I tried calling also, but learned that office is only open Mon-Fri. I'm guessing it will be for an inside room and hopefully will be creditable towards an upgraded room. It's just too bad I just booked the 11-day Southern Caribbean on the Dawn for 2 Nov! No way I could take another 8-9 days off from work.

We're booked for Aug 26, Sept 11 and Nov 12th........I don't think there's any way we could fit in another one before Christmas (but inquiring minds want to know so I'll probably call Tuesday just to find out ;))

Got the postcard today and called, but the office was closed. Will try to reach them tomorrow. Thinking about the Epic for 11/26.

I tried calling several different times today and each time stayed on hold for 1/2 hour to 45 min. before I gave up....

Thanks. The Pearl also leaves from Miami. I will give them a call this week or next.

About to embark on my 8th NCL cruise next week. Last 3 have been booked through. We are not huge gamblers but we are consistent. I have not received any postcard for a free cruise. Wonder if it is because we are currently booked on one for next week?

We're in the same situation. All previous NCL cruises booked through Harrah's and CAS. We're currently booked on the Spirit and the Dawn this year (also through CAS), and have not received any of the recent offers either. Agreed it's probably because we're already booked.

  • 2 weeks later...

I finally got thru to the CAS booking department today and asked them what they were offering me. The woman I spoke with looked it up and told me they'd comp an oceanview cabin on the Pearl or Spirt or an inside cabin on the Epic. If we did the Pearl Dec 11 our out of pocket cost would be $254 pp for port fees and taxes. Plus we'd get the $100 casino cash and the drink cards. Trying to justify booking another cruise when we have 3 already booked between Aug and Nov this year.....

Decided against booking it. We always go in Jan. anyway so it would be cramming alot of cruises into a short period of time (it wouldn't be so bad if the casino would actually let me win occasionally :()
