Obstructed View verandas on Silhouette

The Celebrity web site says that the Cat 2D veranda cabins on Silhouette/Continental Deck (6) have obstructed views. Any experience on how badly obstructed, etc.?

Assuming it is the same as the other S-Class ships the obstruction is from life boats and tenders; they come up to approximately the waist of an average height adult that is standing up - so the view is not completely obstructed, but is definitely impacted. The 2C category has less of an obstruction; the life boats/tenders generally just impact the view straight downwards but do not rise significantly above the bottom of the balcony.

You'll look down into life boats, so no water view unless you look towards the horizon.

We had 2D - angled balcony- there were very little obstruction to the left looking down and bigger balcony. I really liked the room, so I booked the same on Eclipse.
