Saona Crusoe VIP excursion (Food on Ports)

I am looking to do an excursion with Seavis bayahibe .com The Saona Crusoe VIP excursion in Dominicus, La Romana

A Friend of mine (Never cruise before) is worried about eating the food off the Ship. I am asking for her as she is not on CC (Unfortunatley).

 

Has anyone gotten sick eating food on this excursion or any other experiences you can share?

 

I imagine they are careful when feeding tourists & last time I was on a cruise I ate on all the Ports & had no issues.

I have spent the last hour reading reviews on Trip Advisor & there is NO WAY I am going to miss this tour ! :o I just tought I would look for a bit of feedback from others (for my Friend) :)
