I'll be on the Miracle for the VD at Sea Cruise (Valentine's Day at Sea). How was the Miracle?

 

Had a great time during port days' date=' but IMHO, I didn't think there was enough to do on sea days. Example: Adult bean bag toss; arts & crafts; bingo; trivia; marriage show. Not sure why, but things seemed to move in slow motion. Hence, I spent a lot of time in the Casino:D.[/b']

Must be the new Carnival as there didn't seem to be a lot of things, other than bean bag toss, going on around the Magic either.

I didn't notice a lack of things to do on sea days, although the fact that I slept in until about noon each day may have been a factor. :D

I'm going to go back to early dining. I only saw one comedian and one show. I like the options after dinner to see both each night.

We liked early seating but I felt like I was missing out on alot with the group since y'all all had late :(

I did have a great time at our table. Poor Randy was sick though and their table seemed hit and miss if anyone showed up. We didn't even really get to talk to their table anyways.

The TX restriction is TABC, not customs. We fall under the same federal laws as everyone else, 1 liter pp and duty on the extra. TABC says 1 liter period, but unless TABC is there at debarkation, does customs even have the jurisdiction to enforce state law?

 

We got our extra 2 liters off without paying duty. Agent asked us how much alcohol we had, told him we had 4 liters, and he just said, "Welcome back, have a great day." Then again, we were first in his line, maybe he just wasn't in a grumpy mood yet?

It was just me and I had 4 liters, I was fully prepared to pay duty, but he did the same with me, smiled and waved me on. So far I have ALWAYS gotten home with more than the allowed amount and have not been charged duty yet.
