whatsnext Posted July 9, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 9, 2011 I just wanted everyone to know, I wrote a rather harsh letter to Carnival about an issue I had (it doesn't matter what it was and I don't want to start a bashing session). Rather than send me a form letter, a semi-form letter, or totally ignoring my complaint, today I received a telephone call from their Customer Service Dept. With all the gripes and complaints, mine included, I just thought it was "nice" that someone took the time to make a phone call to handle an issue. So, my thanks to Carnival.
