I think you should be a little more specific w/ this...

 

1. No person under the age of 21 can travel alone, UNLESS, they are accompanied by another passenger in the same (or connecting) cabin that is 21yrs or older.

2. Any passenger 18-20 that is not traveling with their parent/legal guardian does NOT need a notarized letter... This letter is only required if the passenger is under 18. It is also needed if the cruise goes to Canada & minors are not traveling with both parents.

You should read the section in the brochure - Terms and Conditions - Minors - you wouldn't want to get to the ship after paying all that money and they refuce to let you board.
