What pier does the Serenade leave from? Is it the same one that other ships dock at for the day or is it different? My daughter and son-in-law are in

San Juan right now and don't know where to go. HELP.

The ships go out of a different pier then where you dock if on an port of call. We just asked the cab driver to take us to the pier to leave. The cab drivers all seem to know where to go!

I just called RCI and they said they only use one pier the Pan American. Is the embarking pier in Old San Juan?

Just have them tell their cab driver...the Pan American pier..It is not

in Old San Juan.

Yup, seems all cab drivers know where to take passengers when you name the ship. Most drivers that I have encountered have sailed either the Adventure or the Serenade at some time themselves.

I left you a message on my review thread but you may not have seen it.

It is the Pan Am pier and all taxi drivers will know where to take them.
