Sunday golf Posted July 11, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2011 We are soon Cruising on the Quest. If someone could help with a few questions would be grateful. Do you need to book, if you want to eat out side in the Colonade in the evening? Do you book 24 hours ahead for restaurant 2? If so, is this done at the Square? Finally we have enjoyed complementary caviar on the small ships, do they do this great experience on the Quest? Can't wait for our cruise on what looks to be a beautiful ship. No reservations for the Colonnade, all seating is on a first come basis. However during our cruises on the "big" ships had about a 75% success rate in securing outside seating in the evening. Somewhat more difficult for breakfast & lunch. Timing is key as well as passenger load. 2. Yes, use any phone on the ship, and reserve via Guest Services. On our cruises, R2 was poorly attended, so same day availability was common. 3. Yes, the American farm raised "caviar" is available.
wripro Posted July 11, 2011 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2011 Depending on the cruise Restaurant 2 may or may not be busy. I believe you can reserve 48 hours in advance and I would do that just in case. it's a great experience, imo.
