malcliz Posted July 13, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2011 We have just returned from our 3rd cruise on Azamara and are looking to book another one. Along with others from the UK, we have found frustrations with out of date material on the website and slow response to emails which doesn't match the fantastic experience of cruising with Azamara Club Cruises. However, we notice the reviews for Azamara just get better and better! We understand that the future for Azamara looks bright as some of those who will be making decisions about Azamara (from Royal Caribbean) were on board for a wedding party recently when the ship was chartered and they were very very impressed (not surprisingly!)! Do you think this will mean another ship? Hoping for more ships and more great itineraries.

Thank you for your continuing loyalty to Azamara Club Cruises and I hope that your future fourth cruise will exceed your expectations! Just as easily as our vessels float on water so do the seeds of unfounded rumors. I’ve found on most cruise vacations that the onboard atmosphere is usually one of friendliness with guests and staff sharing with one another comments and opinions that they might have heard. I suspect that some of the very positive comments expressed during the cruise might have triggered speculation that maybe Azamara will add a new vessel sometime in the future. One of my duties as CBO is “rumor control.” There are no immediate plans on the horizon to expand our fleet. Keep in mind that this past April we celebrated the first anniversary of the relaunch of Azamara Cruises to Azamara Club Cruises with the addition of more luxurious touches and inclusive elements to our cruise experience which has created the highest guest satisfaction ratings in the Royal Caribbean family. In the future, I believe that growth for our brand is in order should we continue to achieve successes in profitability and guest satisfaction. So time will tell. We need your help, along with other Azamara believers, in spreading the word about Azamara to your friends and family. It’s all about “supply and demand!” Best regards, Bill Leiber _______________________ Chief Blogging Officer* Azamara Club Cruises (*CBO is an authorized and compensated representative of ACC)
malcliz Posted July 14, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted July 14, 2011 We were on Quest. Haven't heard any rumours that there will be any more ships - that was just our hope! We can compare the old Azamara with the new Club Cruises and they both offered the same great service, but the included wines and gratuities now are great. We have cruised on lots of different cruiselines in the past and in fact have had lunch ship tours on two cruise ships this week in the UK but Azamara is still our favourite!
