Triumph: Interior Deck 7 or Deck 9?

Looking at Interior Cabins, forward on Deck 7 (quieter) or Deck 9 (Lido deck, close to the action but still sandwiched between two stateroom decks). Hope to book today.

Does anyone know:

~The front observation decks on 7 & 9 are both accessible to everyone, correct?

~There appear to be some obstructions or walls on the Deck 7 forward observation deck. Can you walk from starboard to port on it?

~Are the Deck 9 Lido front views significantly better than 7? Is the Lido front deck usually crowded?

~Any experience with just how loud the forward rooms can be on the Lido deck?

Thanks!
