CaptData Posted July 17, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2011 The CC cabins in infinity are they full suites?
Rare cruisestitch Posted July 17, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 17, 2011 Not sure what you mean by "full suites". The Concierge Class cabins on the M-class ships (of which Infinity is one) are a little larger than the standard verandah cabins.
Lsimon Posted July 17, 2011 #3 Share Posted July 17, 2011 If you look at the Celebrity web site or brochures they have floor plans of all the cabins. There isn't much of a difference between the inside layout of CC cabins and standard cabins except that, as cruisestich indicated above, the CC cabins on M class ships are slightly larger. The Sky suites are even larger and decorated much nicer than non-suite cabins. Suites larger than Sky Suites usually have a separate bedroom and other more significant amenities. ClaudiaB Posted July 17, 2011 #4 Share Posted July 17, 2011 CC cabins aren't suites at all. Basically regular sized cabins with a few extra amenities. If you are elite status on Celebrity/RC then it probably isn't worth the extra cost because you get more 'extras' just from that status. But definitely they're not suites! Thechats Posted July 17, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 17, 2011 We had a C1 aft cabin on the Infinity for a Panama Canal Cruise and it was awesome because the balcony was basically the same size as the cabin and views were tremendous. I wasn't really that impressed with the other CC-level perks although the expanded room service menu was nice for breakfast on the balcony and you do earn one extra point towards reaching Elite status. But, as others have said, the room is just like a standard veranda (i.e., studio) except slightly larger.
dutchess43 Posted July 17, 2011 #7 Share Posted July 17, 2011 I also had an aft facing cabin on the Infinity nothing like it.
judatt Posted July 17, 2011 #8 Share Posted July 17, 2011 Just returned from a week on the Summit in a CC cabin. While we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise, I'd say the emphasis on slightly larger cabin should definitely be on the "slightly" part of that phrase.
