New years eve on epic

Hi all,

 

We are going on the epic for new years eve this year. It's our first time on NCL but we previously sailed on rcl (freedom) and Disney (both ships). We have a pretty big group of family and friends coming for their cruise ever (party of 14!)

 

I was wondering what ncl does to celebrate new years eve? Our ship leaves Miami on nye. Our Disney cruises were nye cruises. Do they give out champagne? Hats? Etc? I'm trying to get everyone excited.

 

Thanks! I'm 23, and my sister is 22. The ages range from 22 to 60 (who acts like he's 20!).

 

We found the entertainment on royal Caribbean terrible. I'm excited for blue man group!
