wales4ever Posted July 25, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Instead of the same old questions being asked all the time. Such as dress code, cabin position, whats in the cabin, bar prices, etc, etc, etc..........zzzzzzzzz
Thejuggler Posted July 25, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Becasue people don't read them. There's a 'search' box and the fact people post the same thing over and over again demonstrates this isn't used either.
littlesteelo Posted July 25, 2011 #3 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Funnily enough the 'how can we help' section of the P&O Cruises website has pretty much everything you could possibly need to know, right down to photos of the obstructed views/aft balconies. A lot of people don't seem to know about that.

kevinyork Posted July 25, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Actually this is a good idea. A FAQ section would be a great idea. I do agree though that the questions section on P&Os website is excellent and wide ranging. Maybe a FAQ section could refer to that. I am sure that the moderators could make some threads on here 'stickies' at the top to perhaps avoid repetition. Some questions though require peoples own views such as the extremely common Azura v Ventura question that crops up pretty regularly.
