Downtown Seattle to Bell Street Cruise terminal Walkable?

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if NCL's cruise terminal is walkable from a downtown hotel (Grand Hyatt on Pine), with no luggage.

I was looking at the map it and it looks like a partial industrial area cutoff by the train tracks and viaduck?

Long story short, I have a three year old and figured I would put the bride and luggage in the taxi and the 3 yr old and I would use the stroller to hoof it down to the cruise pier. (no car seat).

Thanks for any specific directions you can provide

It's totally walkable, around 12 or 13 blocks, call it 2/3 of a mile, mainly level or downhill.

From the Hyatt walk down Pike or Pine Streets to the Pike Place Market. Go north on Pike Place to Lenora Street. Walk on the Lenora Walkway under the Alaskan Way Viaduct to an elevator which will take you down to Alaskan Way, next to the Marriott Hotel. The cruise terminal is across the street and a block to the north. Note Pike Street is more level than taking Pine, which is fairly steep between First and Pike Place. Might be a concern if pushing a stroller.
