Private Tours to Butchart Gardens

My folks and I will be in Victoria on the Sapphire Princess on 9/20 from 7am to 4pm. Can someone recommend a private tour company that will take you to the Gardens?

I was hoping that someone would come along with some ideas...have you looked at the CVS Cruise Victoria option. I will caution you if your folks are only in Victoria for less than 6 hours they would be well off to book a ship's tour.

I will check it out. I am debating just renting a car (as you saw in other thread). We are in Victoria from 7am-4pm. Aren't you on the same sailing??

No, we are just on the Seattle to Vancouver segment....it will complete our shameless dash to Elite....just in time for our Celebrity cruise in January.:confused:

With the time you have in Victoria you will have lots of time for the gardens and with 3 or 4 people the economics likely favour a car rental. Victoria with a 350K population is pretty easy to get around in and the car will allow you to see some other things. As I mentioned in the other post Budget and likely the biggies will offer a shuttle to and from the pier .... Enterprise always scares me....but that may be just me.

It's also not difficult to reach by the local bus system, it just takes a little longer. Grab the #31 bus right outside the cruise terminal, transfer to the #75 (IIRC) at Royal Oak. Total cost, $2.50 ea way.
