Tasting Menu?

I read somewhere on CC about a special tasting menu that was offered on a cruise. It was an extra $75 pp, included many dishes and wine pairings. How can I find out if this is offered on my cruise?

It should be in the paperwork - either in the pages you'll get at the check-in (or check the tables if there are any flyers) or in the daily schedules that you'll get at night in your cabin.

I've seen that offered on Carnival. Is it offered on NCL cruises, too? If so, where do they have it?
