AndyTheK Posted July 29, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2011 I don't want hijack the current thread on Internet for Platinum, so I'm opening a new one. Our upcoming cruise is on the Crown in just 30 days. This will be our last as Gold, so I've prepaid an Internet package. Last cruise, we had a prepaid package and went to the Internet Cafe the first day, and waited in line. The Cafe Manager told me just to sign in and "purchase" the same plan I had paid for, and the charge would be offset by a credit in a few days. All went as he said it would - no complaint there. My recollection is that he did NOT note our name or cabin number. My question is: do I actually have to waste the time standing on that line the first day (so much else to do :)) with all the people who are there to obtain the bonus minutes deal? Can I do it the next day (sea day with plenty of time for this). Do I need to see him at all? Anybody have current information? TIA and Shalom. Andy. paul929207 Posted July 29, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2011 When we were on the Ocean P in April, I notice a place to click if you had a prepaid package. I am Elite, so I did not click it, but I would think that would be all you need to do.
AndyTheK Posted July 29, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted July 29, 2011 Thanks for the quick comeback, Paul. If that little button will do the trick, I'll be a very happy cruiser!
