how to get balcony discounts?

We have sailed Celebrity many times and are at a level to get balcony discounts when we book at Royal. We have booked our first Royal cruise on the oasis and wonder if we can get our balcony discount.

 

Does anyone know how we would go about this?

In order to get the balcony discount you have to call the Royal crown & anchor department and give them your membership number and then they can apply it to your reservation...the number is (800) 526-9723, hope you get it worked out!

Call C&A at 1-800-526-9723 and make sure that you are enrolled and have a C&A Membership number. You will then get reciprocal benefits on RCI according to the tier level that you hold in the Captain's Club.

 

Here are the current Platinum~Emerald~Diamond~Diamond Plus~Pinnacle Balcony Discounts as of Jan. 21, 2011 which are per cabin. If you are booking from home you would get the balcony discount. If you book an RCI cruise while on a ship you would get the balcony discount along with the OBC determined by the length of the cruise.
