Most cost effective plan for Miami- 12-7-11

My cruise leave on 12-8 but I want to fly in the day before because well its Dec and its New England... you never know. I want to get a reasonably affordable place to stay because I will be arriving late. I am going to leave work early and catch a flight around 530 and be into Miami around 8 or 9. So I would love a hotel that would have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the port. Does anyone know of a place?

 

Or also, if the hotel has a shuttle to at least 1 of the 2. I was going to pay for Carnivals transfer from the airport to the port the day of so paying 1 way I guess would be ok,.... I am just concerened about a decent place to sleep for the night!

You can't go wrong with Embassy Suites.

This particular one is about 5 minutes from the Miami airport.

They have a free airport shuttle and a free, hot breakfast.

It will cost you about $135.00 for the night. (prepaid, non refundable)

 

They do offer a cruise package, which includes transfer to the ship.

Costs almost 20.00 more.

 

or..... just hop in a cab @ your convenience !
