Catch fish and eat it on shore???

But you can take the water taxi to Caye Caulker and head up toward the split where Carlos and a couple of other guys are grilling their morning catch.

 

I believe the fishing boats out of San Pedro offer the eat you catch option for dinner. I doubt you'd have time even flying to do it but it never hurts to ask.

 

Start with this link and look up boat/fishing charters and email them.
