Yes, we did this when we were on the Noordam and we enjoyed it. They have a better description for this tour now and you must pay attention to the restrictions listed so that you may fully enjoy the tour. The van ride to the boat site is good, get to see flamingos and local scenery and learn about the island. At the boat site you need to wade in the water to the boat and then be able to get in and out of the boat while standing in the water. Water shoes would be good to wear and shorts, no long pants or shoes and socks! I had to roll up my capris to keep them out of the water! The boat is not covered so hat and suncreen is a must. Also, when navigating the mangroves, there are times when you have to bend over really far while sitting to get under branches so you must be physically able to do this. I will check back in case you have some specific questions. The photo shows the water and boat launch site in the distance.
