Coral Alaska Southbound...formal nights?

I will be sailing on the Coral (yippee!) on the August 20 voyage and hope to find out from someone who has done this trip recently, or someone who knows the answer anyway, which were the two formal nights? I may choose to pack lightly and eat at Sabatini's or Bayou so I'd like to know which days to book.

Also if there is only one MDR sitting on sailaway night- at what time is that and is it a madhouse? I am thinking specialty restaurant for that night too.

On another note I see the website lists Horizon Court as 6 am to midnight as opposed to the promised 24 hours that helped me choose Princess. As I am an early riser I was wondering where I can now get a 5 a.m. coffee (or even coffee syrup liquid) apart from calling room service? Am I out of luck?

Thanks in advance!

Norris in Chicago (but not for much longer!)

First night Hubbard Glacier, Second night Katchikan.

On the first evening we were given a slip, telling us when and were to dine, regardless of what we had requested.

This was last year but I doubt that things have changed.

Enjoy your cruise.

I believe that you can get coffee 24/7, but have never tried 5.am
