What time do bars generally close on the Zenith?

I know that the Celebrity ships are a lot more mellow than other lines & that the bars and clubs get quiet early - I have no problem with that, would rather stay away from College crowds & be on a more laid back cruise... But, we do like to have our drinks in the evening. We don't need a bar open until 4am, but something like 1am might be nice. Anyone know?

The bars close at 1 am. However, the bar in the "disco" is open until either 2 am or 3 am.
