We just got an email last week from Patrick Berido to say that he was back on the Star as Concierge after a 2 month vacation. We found him to be excellent on our Star cruise last March.

It is possible Filippo Bertuzzi may be the HD, but I am not sure of his schedule and don't know who relieves him.

Then we will likely have Patrick as our concierge in about 25 days. :D

Thanks for the response. We were very happy with Patrick on our last 2 cruises. Hopefully he will still be on the Star in January.
