FOS Pre-Booking Spa Treatment Question

Recommended Posts

I see that I can pre-book/pay for spa treatments on the FOS. We have cruised many times before and I know that there are discounts and special deals offered on certain days and especially port days. Plus, I know that the Diamond book is going to offer us a discount on a spa treatment. If I book a treatment for $170 but there is the same treatment for less when I get there will they give me a credit? Same with my Diamond coupon, if I have already booked and paid for a treatment and show my coupon will they give me the difference back?

Thanks for any information you can provide me.

...regarding particular discounts and also have a coupon.

I discussed this with Royal and was ASSURED I would have no problem as long as I gave 24 hour change/cancellation notice. They also reserve the right to not honor the time you booked your coupon because you are not suppose to do that until you are onboard.

This is how they explained it to me. If you think you might have to make changes or cancel, book 2 days out. That way you have plenty of time to have your 24 hour notice.

You must pay when you book online. If you cancel, that money becomes onboard credit.

At the end of the cruise, any monies left over will be credited back to the credit card you used.

I went ahead & booked......did the same for the specialty restaurants. I do not want to ruin the beginning of my cruise getting in the rush with the crowds to do bookings.

We usually do not have to big an onboard charge amount but do usually have wine with dinner so I figure any potential credit will take care of that.

It is really hard to do these things in advance not knowing what else there is to do at specific times. This will be our first & maybe only cruise on the Oasis & I am sure there will be conflicts in some scheduling. I cannot even imagine what the lines would be like when you first board on a ship that holds 6,000 guests to make reservations !
