Nachi Vegetarian

Any vegetarians have any experience with the menu at Nachi Cocom? I know they have salsa, guac, fried cheese and french fries. But how about main courses? Will they make vegetable fajitas or anything? Also how does it work, are you limited to one app, one main course and a dessert or are they flexible?

They are very flexible. They have great nachos. Those would be considered vegetarian, unless you are vegan, but since you listed fried cheese, I guess you are not.

 

I am pretty sure if you asked, they could make vegetarian quesadillas, and if not, then cheese quesadillas.
