Paradise Beach for young kids?

Is Paradise Beach a good place to take young kids (under 8?)

I know that the water toys are available, but concerned that they will not be strong enough to climb up and enjoy the toys.

Any other recommendations / places for young kids to enjoy the beach/play/swim? I checked out Mr Sanchos, looks like its geared towards the kidless / older kid crowds.

Yes, kids that age range will have a blast. We went when my oldest was around 4 or 5, then again when he was 7 & his younger brother almost 5.

They had a great time. Room to play in the sand & in the shallow water along the beach, lots of other kids in their age range so they made friends & played with them. Several of the water toys are small enough, or set up, such that they can get on & climb them. There's also a trampoline on land that they had fun with.

My boys actually had a much easier time climbing the water toys (including the bigger ones) than did their teenage cousins (though they did need a slight boost to get ahold of handles & started up the iceberg).
