wales4ever Posted August 13, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2011 Both similar ships. Both similar itinaries. Both similar price. So which one to choose? No kids, just me and the missus.
cruiseluvva Posted August 13, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2011 Nothing wrong with Ventura, but for me it would be Azura because of all the truly wonderful dining choices.
Rare Host Sharon Posted August 13, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2011 Guess it boils down to whether you prefer an under-cover swimming pool or the seascreen.
blitznbobs Posted August 13, 2011 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I'd say hot destination Azura, cold destination Ventura... BnBx
kevinyork Posted August 14, 2011 #5 Share Posted August 14, 2011 I'd say hot destination Azura, cold destination Ventura... BnBx However there is less deck space and one less pool on Azura as the retreat takes up the front area.
kevinyork Posted August 14, 2011 #6 Share Posted August 14, 2011 Also depends on who you prefer your cruise companions to be. A few more children on Ventura so more families but also a more mixed crowd generally. Azura has more tradional cruisers and out of school holidays will have a higher average age of passenger.
