Do all the Carnival Dream's snorkel tours start first thing in the am or are they also offered in afternoon?

When we arrive in Belize on the Legend, we tender into the Tourist Village where we meet Heni from Coral breeze Tours & go on their snorkel trip which includes two great stops & then a local lunch on Caye Caulker. Nothing like this is offered by any of the cruise ships & no cruise ship crowds.
