Virginoftheseas Posted August 16, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2011 My inlaws were on a cruise last winter with a large irish group on Costa and they've asked us to join them this year. Looking at their photos from last year I noticed many scooter/wheelchair using passengers were able to get front row seats to the shows. Being the parent of a disabled person you notice these things. My question: Does the MSC Poesia offer such access in the theater for scooter/wheelchair users to go down to the stage for the shows? Or is the disabled seating in the back of the theater only? We've been to many concerts and unless we get front row seats our son doesn't really enjoy himself as much as we would like purely on the basis of not being able to see the performers. Nothing worse than pay over $200 for a ticket and for most of the show all you see is the backside of the person infront of you.
Capricruiser Posted August 16, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 16, 2011 As I recall there were wheelchair spaces about mid-way. I never go down in front so I can't say if there were spaces down there as well.
