Payment Issue on Carnival.com

Hello! My husband and I booked our cruise a couple weeks ago and I am trying to put additional money down on the cruise right now. The website is not letting me put an alternative amount of money in the block to submit for payment. Has anyone else had this issue?

when you pull up the payment page look at your upper tool bar and click on tools then compatability view. This should take care of the problem. If not click on cabatility view setting then click add this website (should have the carnival site already in the box) Hope this helps.

I appreciate your help, but unfortunately that is not working either. I was originally using Safari and then tried it in Firefox. Still nothing. I'm working on a Mac, which I'm not 100% used to because I had always had PCs before my husband. We have been married for almost 3 years, but he's usually around to fix the problem on the Mac if I can't figure it out... HAHA, not this time though! :p

there is actually a rather large post about this somewhere here. Its a site issue with CCL. I called CCL and the rep didnt have an answer as to why its doing that or when it may be fixed. I was told to call CCL and they can apply any amount $100.00 or more I would like to apply

Like I said in the other thread, Carnival's web site has consistently sucked for a decade. It's downright pathetic.
